Last week, I made a big improvement to my house — a solar inverter with two batteries! 33 kW, 200 Ah — I think it will help me get through blackouts this winter. I don’t have solar panels yet — that’s a goal for next year.

The question about firewood is still open. I have to go to the far part of the plot and cut some trees, clear the area of acacia, and get firewood.
